I built ours as an 8×8 cube, 2×6 walls and lid, so 7×7 on the inside. Insulated with rock wool, foil vapor barrier, then lined with 1x rough cut cedar from my grandparent’s property in Mn. It’s heated with a 1975 blaze king and it gets up to 235 in about an hour. I’m hoping to repower it with a Kuuma stove after I get back from Minnesota. It has a 4×12 changing room lined with old spruce siding off my cabin, and a 4×8 covered porch overlooking the forest, mountains, and even an ocean view. The upper bench is made from a slab of cedar driftwood out off the ocean beach here in Kodiak.
